Community Resources

If you live in Southern California, a wealth of community resources – some of them free or at very low cost – are available for nonprofit organizations and those seeking to form and work with nonprofit organizations.

This list is not meant to be all-inclusive, and our law office makes no guarantee or representation as to the quality of services that you will receive from these organizations.  We provide this list as a community service in the interests of furthering nonprofit development in the region.

Provides workshops and a library to help nonprofits maximize their capacity.  Website also has a downloadable “Get Ready, Get Set” to help you plan your non-profit.

Public Counsel-Community Development Project  http://www.publiccounsel.org

Provides free workshops to the community on various aspects of nonprofit management.  Free legal services to qualifying organizations as well.

Provides support services to nonprofit organizations

Provides incubator services for emerging nonprofits, providing them with training, workshops, administrative services, and leadership development.
